Terms of Service

Ada is an AI assistant that analyzes your Meta advertising account and, if you opt in, helps you prepare and upload ads. Ada is currently provided as an early-access beta and may change.

You authorize the connection between your Meta assets and Ada, and you confirm you are entitled to grant that access. You remain responsible for your Meta ad account, your advertising spend, your budgets, and for reviewing anything Ada prepares before it goes live.

Ada is read-only by default. If you enable the upload feature, any ads Ada creates are created paused, inside a dedicated campaign, and are never set live without your action.Ada does not delete, and does not edit live or spending campaigns. Pausing is the only reversible action it takes on its own.

Ada relies on automated software agents and AI models to analyze data, generate recommendations and ad copy, and (where enabled) prepare ads. While we build in guardrails (read-only default, paused-only creation, no deletions), AI systems can produce errors, omissions, or unexpected output. You acknowledge that you are responsible for reviewing and approving any action before relying on it or publishing it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growth Club provides Ada “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, and is not liable for ad performance, advertising spend, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Ada, from automated or AI-generated actions, or from reliance on Ada’s output. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for Ada in the three months preceding the claim.

You agree not to use Ada to violate Meta’s policies, applicable advertising law, or any third-party rights, and not to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

Paid features (including the upload service) are billed as described at sign-up or in your order. Beta pricing and packaging may change with notice.

You may stop using Ada and disconnect at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for misuse. On termination we delete your stored data per our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
