Privacy Policy

Effective June 24, 2026

Ada (“Ada,” “we,” “us”) is operated by Growth Club (Daniel Bulygin), Marienburger Str. 14, 10405 Berlin, Germany. This policy explains what data we access when you connect your Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising account to Ada, how we use it, and your rights. Questions: daniel.bulygin@gmail.com.

1. What Ada does

Ada is an AI assistant for Meta advertisers. When you connect your account, Ada analyzes it (an “audit”) and, only if you separately opt in, helps you prepare and upload ads. Ada is read-only by default; any write access is a distinct, explicit permission you grant.

2. Data we access

  • Meta advertising data via the Meta Marketing API: ad-account metrics and insights, campaign / ad-set / ad structure, ad creatives and copy, and pixel/dataset diagnostics.
  • Basic Meta profile (your name and user id) to authenticate the connection.
  • Information you provide: onboarding answers, your store/website URL, and any files or briefs you share.

We request the minimum permissions needed: read access to ads data by default, and ad-management access only if you opt in to the upload feature.

3. How we use it

To generate your account audit and analyses, to provide the optional ad-preparation/upload service you request, and to operate, secure, and improve Ada. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with other advertisers.

4. AI processing

We use AI models (including from Anthropic and Google) to analyze your advertising data and generate recommendations and ad copy. Data sent for processing is used to produce your results; we do not permit these processors to train their models on your data.

5. Storage, retention & sharing

Your data is stored securely in our database (hosted on Supabase, EU/US infrastructure) and retained while your connection is active. We use service providers (hosting, AI processing) under data-processing agreements solely to operate Ada. We delete your data when you disconnect or on request (see §7).

6. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete your personal data. To exercise any right, email daniel.bulygin@gmail.com. Our Data Protection contact is Daniel Bulygin, Marienburger Str. 14, 10405 Berlin, Germany.

7. Revoking access & deleting your data

You can disconnect Ada at any time from your Meta settings (Settings → Business Integrations), which revokes our access and triggers deletion of your stored connection and tokens. You can also request deletion directly — see our Data Deletion instructions.

8. Meta Platform compliance

Our use of information received from the Meta APIs adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, including limitations on use and storage of Platform Data.

9. Changes & contact

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the effective date above. Contact us at daniel.bulygin@gmail.com.
